Hannah Siglin

The granddaughter of Yellowstone National Park’s former chief ranger, guitarist and songwriter Hannah Siglin was raised with a deep appreciation for music and the natural world. Her parents were devout Christians and nurtured her love of singing and playing from an early age. By the time she left for college Hannah was comfortable in multiple realms and became one of just a few women in Berklee College of Music’s guitar department. There she was free to explore her identity outside of the church and along with this intellectual and personal freedom came new musical styles. Already well versed in folk, classical, pop, and contemporary music, her time at Berklee was heavily influenced by the bluegrass and American roots scene. Hannah showcases authentic indie-folk songwriting, precise and tasteful guitar arrangements and a voice which feels intimate and immediately draws the listener into her musical landscape.
